Teach with us

DoBeDoUs is built by artists and makers who understand the realities of creative work. We partner with thoughtful teachers and studios to offer learning experiences rooted in craft, care, and creative growth. Our mission is to support artists and makers as they grow their teaching practices, while inspiring others to live creatively and with intention.

Why partner with DoBeDoUs

We focus on creating sustainable income opportunities for creative people and small businesses, without compromising quality or care.

Built by Artists who Understand Teaching

DoBeDoUs is led by artists and makers who have taught, made, and sustained creative practices themselves. We designed this platform from lived experience, with care for the realities of creative work.

A Culture of Learning and Creative Growth

We partner with teachers and studios who care deeply about craft, process, and guiding others. Our focus is on learning and creative growth, supporting fulfillment throughout each learner’s creative journey.

Easier for Teachers To Focus on Teaching

DoBeDoUs exists to make it easier for teachers and studios to do what they do best: educate and inspire. We help with marketing, scheduling, and other functions so you can focus on your practice and students.

We work with:

  • Working artists and makers with teaching experience and a dedicated creative practice
  • Local studios and cultural organizations offering classes in the arts and making
  • Professional educators across art and craft disciplines

If you teach with care, take pride in your practice, and enjoy guiding others, you’re who we’re building this for.

You don’t need a big space to teach

Teaching can take place in a variety of settings, including private studios, shared spaces, community rooms, or other environments suited for focused learning. We prioritize thoughtful instruction over scale. If space has been a barrier for you, we still encourage you to reach out. We’ll figure it out together.

Our Philosophy

A creative life is a life well-lived

DoBeDoUs works with its partners to expand the ways in which people can explore their creativity, and expand the number of people being creative. Whether it is in pursuit of personal vision, enhanced wellbeing, or stronger community, we believe creativity should be part of everyone’s life.
