She has over two decades of experience creating award-winning digital products and brands for global e-commerce and financial companies. She was also the founder of NYSmarts, a language tutoring business serving international professionals, and holds an MFA from Pratt.

Bo Lee

Director of Partnerships & Growth

Bo grew up in Seoul and moved to the U.S. as a teenager, an experience that shaped her sensitivity to place, culture, and the deeply human ways people learn through making and doing. She later earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and has spent over two decades working as an architect in New York City.

At DoBeDoUs, Bo focuses on building genuine relationships with artists, teachers, and studios. She listens closely to how they work and what they need to sustain a creative practice, helping shape a platform that supports creative learning while honoring the realities of teaching, making, and earning a living.

Noah Leff

Senior Advisor, Strategy & Finance

Noah is a mission-driven finance and operations leader with over 25 years of professional experience. He holds a BA from Wesleyan University and a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University, and currently serves as a Board member and Treasurer for Big Reuse, a Brooklyn-based nonprofit that promotes reuse, recycling, and composting across the New York City.

An amateur musician and cartoonist, Noah is excited by how DoBeDoUs expands options for people to center creativity in life. In addition to his other pursuits, Noah spends time upstate where he is slowly building a very tiny house.
