How do I book a class?

Browse classes, select your date, and click “Start Booking” You’ll receive a confirmation on the site and by email once your booking is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When is my spot confirmed?

Your spot is confirmed immediately after booking. You’ll see a confirmation on the site and receive a confirmation email.

Can I book for multiple people?

Yes. You can book multiple spots in one transaction. We also offer private classes upon request.

Do I need an account?

No, but we recommend creating one. It makes it easier to view and manage your bookings without having to search through emails.

Using Promo Codes

How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code in the promo code field at checkout. Your discount will be applied before you pay.

Can I use a promo code more than once?
It depends on the promotion. Some promo codes are limited to one use per customer, while others may have different rules. Check the details of the promotion you received.

Can I use more than one promo code on a booking?
No. Promo codes cannot be combined. You can use only one promo code per booking.

If you’re eligible for more than one promotion, you can choose which eligible promo code you would like to use.

Are all classes eligible for promo codes?
No. Eligibility varies by promotion. Some classes, class types, price ranges, or providers may be excluded. Check the details of each promotion before booking.

What happens to my promo code if I cancel?
If you cancel a booking where you used a one-time promo code, you can use the code again on another eligible booking.

Any refund will follow the cancellation policy for your booking and will be based on the amount you actually paid after the discount. Payment processing costs will not be refunded unless the class has a specific cancellation policy stating otherwise.

How do seasonal and limited-time promotions work?
From time to time, we may offer seasonal or limited-time promo codes. Each promotion may have its own discount amount, eligible classes, eligibility requirements, usage limits, and expiration date.

Community Partner Coupons

How do I use a coupon from a DoBeDoUs community partner?
If you received a promo code from one of our community partners, you can use it for the specific eligible classes connected to that offer.

Enter the code at checkout just like any other promo code.

Which classes can I use it for?
Your community partner coupon may apply only to specific classes included in that offer. Check the promotion details you received to see which classes are eligible.

What is your cancellation policy?

Some classes have a class-specific cancellation, refund, rescheduling, or credit policy. When one applies, it will be clearly listed in the class description and will replace our general policy where the terms differ. Please review the class description before booking.

Unless a class-specific policy is listed, the following general cancellation policy applies:

Tickets are refundable if canceled at least 7 days before the class. If you cancel, a cancellation fee equal to the payment processing cost for your booking will be deducted from your refund. The current standard payment processing cost is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. This cost is included in the class price and is not shown as a separate fee at checkout.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable because materials and staffing have already been finalized. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend and have them check in under your name.

If the general cancellation deadline has passed but the class-specific policy still allows a cancellation, refund, credit, or rescheduling request, please email support@dobedous.com. Include the class name and your order number so we can assist you.

If a class does not meet minimum participation, we’ll notify you at least 48 hours in advance and offer the option to reschedule or receive a refund, excluding processing fees.

Can I reschedule a class?

We don’t offer rescheduling under our general policy. You may cancel for a refund up to 7 days before the class and book another available session.

Some classes may offer different rescheduling or credit options. Please check the class description for any class-specific policy.

What happens if I cancel late?

Unless a class-specific policy is listed in the class description, cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable because materials and staffing are already planned. This also helps support our artists and makers.

You may transfer your spot to someone else. If the class description includes a different cancellation or credit policy, please email support@dobedous.com with the class name and your order number.

What if the class is canceled by the instructor?

If a class is canceled by the instructor, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. You will receive a refund within 10 to 14 business days, excluding processing fees, or another option communicated by DoBeDoUs.

What should I know before arriving?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can settle in and get started comfortably.

What should I expect?

Each class is thoughtfully designed by the instructor. You’ll find details about the flow, materials, and outcomes in the class description so you can come prepared.

Who are the instructors?

All teachers are vetted by DoBeDoUs. They are professional artists and makers with real teaching experience.

For emerging instructors who are strong in their craft but newer to teaching, we support them through practice sessions and community events before they are fully approved. These classes may be offered at a lower price and will be clearly indicated.

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of creative experiences, including art, craft, meditation, writing, music, and interdisciplinary classes.

How are classes selected?

We review every class to ensure it offers a high-quality, thoughtful learning experience. Our goal is to help you build skills and continue exploring your creativity over time.

Are classes beginner-friendly?

Yes, most classes are beginner-friendly unless noted otherwise.

Can I gift a class?

Yes. You can book a class and share it with a friend. Gift cards will be available soon.

Do gift cards expire?

Gift cards are not available yet. When they launch, they will not expire.

Do you offer credits?

We don’t offer credits at this time. You can cancel up to 7 days before your class for a refund (excluding processing fees).

Do you host community events?

Yes. DoBeDoUs hosts community events regularly to encourage people to keep making and stay connected through creativity.

These gatherings are a chance to meet other learners and teachers, explore new ideas, and experience different types of creative practices in a relaxed setting. You may also discover upcoming classes or see new concepts that teachers are experimenting with.

More than anything, these events are about bringing creative people together and supporting a way of living where making and learning are part of everyday life.
